Watch a Nigerian mother correct her daughter after she pronounced water as “wadurrr” in British accent

A Nigerian writer Tunde Leye shared video of his wife, a fashion designer, correcting their young daughter’s pronunciation of water in British accent, adding that she hasn’t stepped out of Naija

He posted it after an Abuja-based journalist complained that her child’s school has been teaching her to speak in British accent.
