A’Court reserves judgement on Ikpeazu’s sack as Abia governor

The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja, the Federal Caoital Territory has reserved judgment in an appeal by Abia State Governor, Dr. Ekezie Ikpeazu against the judgement of a Federal High Court, Abuja, sacking him from office.

Ikpeazu had filed an appeal against the Judgment of Justice Okon Abang in the case filed by a claimant to the office, Mr. Uche Ogah at the Appeal Court presided over by Hon. Justice Morenikeji Ogunwumiju where the hearing took place.

Last week the same court had dismissed the application of Alex Otti seeking to be joined in the matter as an interested party.
