Makarfi to Sheriff: ‘Don’t force yourself on PDP’

The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Caretaker Committee, Sen. Mohammed Ahmed Markarfi has reacted to the leadership tussle that took place on Monday at the party’s national secretariat.

In a tweet on his twitter handled obtained by BLACKFACE on Monday, Makarfi, a former Kaduna State governor accused the a claimant to the chairmanship of the party, Senator Ali Modu Sheriff of imposing himself on the party.

Makarfi wrote, “The lesson of leadership is very simple. It is about service and not self. If the people no longer want you, why force yourself on them?”
