I may join PDP national chairmanship race, says Ladoja

A former Governor of Oyo State, Senator Rashidi Ladoja, has stated that may join the race for the national chairmanship of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He said this in a chat with newsmen on Monday night shortly after an emergency caucus meeting of the leaders of the party in the South West zone in Lagos.
His words: “Before the end of the month, I will declare my ambition. At this moment, I am still consulting. I have left Accord Party and I am now a full member of PDP. I have obtained my membership card.”
Last week, Ladoja at the unity luncheon of the PDP held in Osogbo, said the Osun state must retrace its step from its mistakes to regain dominance of the southwest.
“Once upon a time, this great party reigned in five states of the southwest but because of our mistakes we lost four remaining only Ekiti.
“We have decided to come together now and regain all those lost states starting with Osun in 2018 up to the general election in 2019”, Ladoja said.
