Abdulkareem becomes new Unilorin VC

Professor Suleiman Ageh AbdulKareem has been appointed the new Vice-Chancellor of University of Ilorin.

The new appointee who is billed to succeed the outgoing occupant, Professor Abduganiyu Ambali is a Professor of Chemical Engineering.

He was also the Vice-Chancellor of Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, Nigeria.

He graduated from University of Detroit in 1980 for BChE and MChE (Chemical Engineering); and University of Louisville, in 1988 for Ph.D. in (Chem. Eng.).

His area of specialisation is Heterogeneous Catalysis/Reaction Engineering.

He is from Oro, Kwara State.
