Ogun Govt invite YPNI for two-day clinic on skills acquisition, SMEs

In recognition of her humanitarian contribution to the intellectual empowerment of Nigerian Youths, the Government of Ogun State on Monday sent an invitation to the Young Progressives Nigerian Initiatives (YPNI) to be part of a two-day clinic on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises organized by the office of the Vice-President of Nigeria in collaboration with the state government.
The clinic holds July 12th to July 13th 2017.
The objective of the clinic, according to the letter signed by the state Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Otunba Abimbola Ashiru is to provide an avenue for senior officials in the Federal Ministry of Trade, Industry, Investment and Corporate Affairs Commission, National Agency for Food and Drugs Administration Control, Standard Organization of Nigeria, Bank of Industry, Bank of Agriculture, Raw Materials Research and Development Council and other MDAs whose operations affect activities of SMEs to interact with stakeholders in Medium and Small Scales Enterprises so at to solve problems, respond to enquiries and provide information on government initiatives designed to boost SMEs in the state.
Four officials of YPNI are expected to attend the clinic.
The event will also create an opportunity for those recently trained by YPNI on entrepreneurship and skills acquisition to exhibit their products or services at the exhibition stands that will be made available at the venue for the duration of the business clinic.
