Cucumbers are the fourth most cultivated vegetable in the world and known to be one of the best foods for human body’s overall health, often referred to as a superfood.
Cumbers also called cucumis sativus. it is a member of cucurbitaceae plant family. it is madeup of 95% water and is naturally low in carbohydrates sodium calories, fat and cholesterol.it water percentage can help you stay hydrated even in heat. they contain seeds and grow from the ovaries of flowering plants.

Health Researchers reveal that Cucumber Rehydrates body and replenishes daily vitamins . They are 95 percent water, keeping the body hydrated while helping the body eliminate toxins. Cucumbers have most of the vitamins the body needs in a single day. The skin also contains a good amount of vitamin C.

Protect Your Brain :Cucumbers contain an anti-inflammatory flavonol called fisetin that appears to play an important role in brain health.
