Legal Practitioner Cautions Media Practitioners Against False Publication

A legal practitioner, Ladipo Johnson has warned media organizations against false publication which could stir up issues in the polity.

Johnson’s warning came at the wake of the certificate scandal involving senator Dino Meleye, who many believed did not graduate from the University of Ahmadu Bello University.
Johnson in an interview with Blackface Media urged various media organizations to conduct proper investigation in order to avoid the abuse of office.
He recalled that during the campaign period of President Muhammadu Buhari, critics had raised an eyebrow, alleging that he did not possess the basic requirement to contesting for the office of the presidency.
Dino Melaye whose first degree is believed to be a fake certificate from the Ahmadu Bello University, however has affirmed that the allegation is untrue.
 According to reports, the lawmaker representing kogi West senatorial district  has bagged several qualification from other university apart from ABU.
 With several reactions trailing this act, Nigerians are watching and waiting to see what will become of senator Dino Melaye who has been involved in controversial issues that brought him to the eyes of the storm.
