Rohr says German-Nigerian striker set to make Eagles debut in March

Coach of the senior Nigeria national team Gernot Rohr has revealed that a German born forward of Nigerian decent could make his Super Eagles debut in March.
Rohr made this known shortly before departing for the African Cup of Nations in Gabon, where he is expected to work as a TV pundit following Nigeria’s failure to qualify for the tournament.
Although he refused to mention the name of the striker, there are indications that Hannover 96 hot in demand favour Joel Noah Sarenren Bazee could be the player he is talking about.
“I will look at another Nigerian-German player who I discovered. I think we can see him in the next game in March,” he said.
“There is also the young (Victor) Osimhen, who from January 1 can now play professionally for Wolfsburg. I will look at him. We have a good competition among the strikers in the team.”
