Buhari jets out to Ghana for new leader’s inauguration

President Muhammadu Buhari will on Saturday jets out to Ghana on Saturday for the inauguration ceremony of the country’s President-elect, Nana Akufo-Addo in Accra.

According to a statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Public Affairs, Mr. Femi Adesina, “The Nigerian leader will join other Heads of State and Government to witness the swearing-in of the President-elect and Vice President–elect, Mahamudu Bawumia.”
“The President will return to Abuja at the end of the inauguration ceremonies.”
