Beach Soccer : Day 1 report

The beach soccer AFCON 2016 kick started yesterday Tuesday December 13th, 2016 at the Eko Atlantic Beach, the game parade so many flavour that thrilled the  fans all through. We saw the likes of Madagascar defeating Libya by 9-5 while the pepsi man of the match went to{ Ymelda) from  Madagascar. The second match saw Senegal defeating morocco by {2-1]and the Pepsi man of the match went to (FALL) from Senegal.
The game continue between Ghana and Ivory Coast, It was no mercy from the Ivorians, who blown apart their Ghanian counterpart with a scoreline of (5-0) in favour of the Ivorian.
The last match saw the sand eagle sweating it out with the Egyptian side. It was an end to end stuff between the Super Sand Eagle and   their Egytian counterpart,.

Nigeria drew the first blood through their Captain (Isiaka Olawale) while the second quarter saw Nigeria got their second goal through Emeka before the Egytian put one back through Mohammed., through relentless g effort until they found the equaliser in the second quarter, which make the game to stood at 2-2 throughout the second quarter.
Third quarter began on good fashion, tension is high, much is been expected of the sand eagle, they never let the country down, and the moment of brilliance came from Emeka who made the difference for Nigeria,and the victory put the smile on the ever excited spectators on a 3-2 aggregate.

The Nigeria’s win put an end into the day activities of  the soccer Beach event.

The event is expected to continue today.
