Buhari swears in New CJN

President Muhammadu Buhari has sworn in the Acting Chief Justice of the Federation, Justice, Walter Nkanu Onnoghen.
Justice Onnoghen, an indigene of Cross River State was born in 1950.
He became the Justice of the Supreme Court in 2005.
Onnoghen is taking over from former Chief Justice of Nigeria, Mahmud Mohammed whose retirement commenced yesterday.
Speaking after the swearing in ceremony, Justice Onnoghen assured of his fullest cooperation as head of the judiciary with other arms of government in his intentions aimed at carrying on with a better judiciary
