Nigerian Striker, Odemwingie Joins Rotherham for Three Months

By Maxwell Adeyemi Adeleye
Former Nigerian International, Peter Odemwingie has joined English Championship side Rotherham.
He becomes Coach Kenny Jackett’s first signing at the club.

Odemwingie’s main target will be to try and help lift the Millers off the bottom of the table, and the Nigerian international joins until January.

It was expected that Odemwingie, a firmer Westbrom, Stoke City and Cardiff City Striker would sign for Bolton, but Rotherham have nipped in to secure his signature as they aim to halt a run of seven consecutive defeats.
Odemwenge has been out of contract since he was released during the summer by Stoke City.
