Photo News: Cholera looms as Abandoned Waste dumped Along Ojodu-Berger Road Sends Residents Panicking

The management of Blackface Media wishes to call on the authority of Lagos State Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) to evacuate this pictured waste from Ojodu-Berger road in without further delay.

The waste, according to some residents, have been dumped on the road since September 20th.

This embarrassing waste is particularly right in front of the office of a late comedian, Mr. Gbenga Adeboye, adjacent Eco Bank PLC, Ojodu-Berger.

Some residents who spoke to Blackface News expresses worry that the continue abandonment of the waste constitute danger to their health.

They feared that it could lead to outbreak of cholera and other endemic diseases.

Femi Adebisi, a commercial driver who ply his trade on this route told BlackfaceNews that he has started perceiving symptom that all is not well with is body system.

“I am no longer feeling fine, after today, if this waste is not moved away, I will stop plying this route until the waste is evacuated” Mr. Adebisi told our correspondent.
