Ask God to forgive you for ruining Nigeria instead of calling for Buhari’s Resignation, Delta APC chieftain slams PDP

CHIEFTAIN of the Delta State All Progressive Congress, APC, Chief Ovo Edewor, weekend, slammed the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for casting unnecessary blame on President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration over the economy state of the country.

Edewor had said that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has no moral justification to call on President Muhammadu Buhari to resign for what PDP had caused the country for its sixteen years of maladministration.

While advising the PDP to go and settle its internal crises rocking its party, Edewor said the big mess APC had come to meet on ground was capable of putting the country into economy recession.

Edewor who made this statement while speaking to Nation’s reporter, said the present predicament the nation is passing through was caused by the sixteen wasted years of the PDP past administration and that no one had had expected the president to use magic to change it.

While commending President Buhari’s administration for taking a bold step to put the country in a right path through its fight against corruption, Edewor said Nigeria will not remain as it were but that the people must exercise some patient at a time like this.

Edewor who expressed explicit support for the government of President Buhari, said PDP government had failed the nation and should own up as the cause of the economy situation of the country and the hardship the masses are presently subjected to.

He appealed to all Nigerians to support President Buhari so as to take the country to a place of pride, pointing out that corruption was like a cankerworm that has eaten so deep in past administration and that to revive it needs a lot of sacrifice.
