Buhari’s aide for burial Friday in Abuja

 The remains of one of President Muhammadu Buhari’s aides, Mr. Onuorah Justin Abuah will be laid to rest on Friday, in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.According to a burial programme released by the family, the interment will take place at the Apo Cemetery, after a funeral service at Our Lady Queen of Nigeria Pro-Cathedral in Area 3 (Garki, Abuja). A statement by the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, said that the funeral service will start at 10 a.m. 

On Thursday, 15th September, 2016, Service of Songs and Night of Tributes will be held at the National Press Centre, Radio House, Herbert Macaulay Way, Area 10 (Garki, Abuja). It will start at 5pm. 

Abuah, who was the Head of Department in the Media and Publicity Department in the State House, passed away in an Abuja hospital on August 14, 2016. 

The late Director of Information worked in the Presidency for 30 years, serving eight Nigerian Heads of State, from 1986 -2016.
