2016 governorship: Group tasks APC aspirants on good conduct

A group, Edo Voice has called on delegates on aspirants within the All Progressives Congress (APC) to look beyond personal interest and avoid hate campaigns

in nominating a governorship candidate for the party ahead of the forthcoming election scheduled for later in the year.

 

At a press conference in Benin City, the group said sentiment and tribalism can not lead the state to any where especially with the current economic situation in the country.

 

Speaking on behalf of the group, the Coordinator, Hon. Osasere Osemwengie – Ero, added that Edo State need a person to sustain the tempo of positive change that has been forged by the incumbent, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.

 

Osemwengie – Ero said, “We need a man with leadership and management capacity to be able to mobilize human and material resources to sustain and consolidate on the current development and achievement of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.

 

“A candidate who will not allow politics, taste for power and in quest of fame and wealth deviate from the path of progress set by the out going administration.
