Sources said the incidents which happened on Monday and Tuesday  occurred at two different locations in Okesida and Odojomu areas, during which people living in the affected areas sought for safety.
Eye witness said before the incident occurred one of the deceased popularly called Segun Garbar, had came to the area at about 9 pm  and went to a relaxation joint also located in the vicinity.
But not long after he entered,it was learnt that three persons who came on a motorbike were sighted  close to the relaxation joint.Â
Unknown to late Garba, the three men were said to have accosted him and shot him and also inflicted injuries on him with dangerous weapons.
It was learnt that as a result of this development, there was pandemonium as people quickly deserted the area.
Economic activities were also paralysed as shop owners hurriedly locked their stalls for safety.
Consequently, policemen from Enuowa divisional police station arrived the spot and rushed the victim to the nearby hospital, before he was later confirmed dead by doctors.
When our correspondent visited the scene of the incident, the deceased was found in his own blood.
