Accident Investigation Bureau ( AIB) on Wednesday confirmed the involvement of Bristow Helicopter aircraft in a mishap .

 

Spokesman of the bureau , Mr Tunji Oketunbi stated this in a short message service ( SMS) .

He however did not give details .

Recall that on August 12, 2015 Bristow Helicopter aircraft with 12 occupants crashed into the Oworoshoki end of the Lagos Lagoon.

The helicopter was en route from one of the nation’s oil rigs before crashing at the Oworonshoki area of Lagos State.
